I gave my "yes", because i see it as a part of the bigger reportage (without this one it can be incomplete). the burned areas don't bother me too much but you can try to recover a bit from the lost lights...

I never arrange my photos and prefer not to correct things on computer afterwards. Usually I want that the viewer to see the same frame I saw when pushing the button on my camera.

Author I agree with you completely, reportage rump with other laws, with a proper stage and emotional quality recedes into the background, so I'm for publication.

Of course OK! but "ninja noise" or something similar would be helpful for this wonderful photograph

its probably a grain added by the author... it does not seem like a noise to me
